Our consultants are not at all pushy and will not sit in your home until midnight! However, it might take an hour or so to discuss the project in detail. With all that chatting, a cup of team would be very much appreciated!

Measurements are taken and a comprehensive written quotation is prepared and returned to you, usually within a few days

What Happens Next?

If you with to accept our quotation we would ask that you sign a formal contract and place a small deposit. We will carry out all of the planning and building control enquiries and arrange a site survey. You will be advised of an estimated start date by the consultant and this will be confirmed nearer the time. An average garage conversion, from start to finish, will take between three and five weeks
