Q. Do I need planning permission?
A. In most cases no, but we will confim the exact position with the local council. You will however require Building Regulations approval for every garage conversion weather you require Planning Permission or not. We will make the application on your behalf.

Q. How long will the job take to do?
A. We can usually convert a single garage into a habitable room in about two weeks. It will take a week or two longer for a double garage with ensuite and a kitchen. We will need at least a week to plan, surbery and schedule the work, and we can usually begin work within about three to six weeks of you placing the work with us. We can also be flexible to meet any specific deadlines if required.

Q. How much will it cost?
A. We will need to discuss your ideas and agree on your exact requirements before we can give you a detailed quotation for the work, then try to design a garage conversion to meet your budget. Our consultants will not sit in your home until midnight, but, will be thorough in the information that they provide and then leave.

Q. How do I Pay?
A. We usually take a small deposit, stage payments and final payment on satisfactory completion. We also provide credit facilities if required.
